We travel time and space to bring you this message of great joy. Time and space is an illusion. We are waves in the great ocean of limitless light. This is our message to you. These three dubs are inspired by Lee Scratch Perry.
They offer tribute musically and in spirit.
They are a lament for his passing and at the same time a tribute to his persona and the subtle brilliance of his craft.
The three dubs are a story in three parts.The scene is as follows.
An alien craft has appeared in the skies over the Caribbean island of Jamaica. A crowd of officials and otherwise has gathered. Navy jets circle. Suddenly, audio crackles across all channels. The alien ship is transmitting. The door to the ship starts to open.
The record begins as the alien speaks.
With the aliens words, Reggae music cuts through normal transmission on the global lattice of interconnectivity and, from military coms in eastern Europe to an elementary school dance recital in Tasmania, the aliens music now blasts from all speakers everywhere.
What is the meaning of all this Reggae music and who is piloting this strange craft?
